These terms govern your use of AI Forge, a paid online community operated by AI Forge ("we", "us"). By paying for and using the service you agree to them.
A recurring monthly membership giving access to a private Discord server containing written guides, discussion channels and live events. Access continues while your subscription is active.
We may add, merge or close channels, and revise written material, as the community develops. We will not materially reduce what a membership provides without notice in the announcements channel.
The membership is $19.99 USD per month unless stated otherwise at checkout. Payment is taken when you subscribe and on the same date each month afterwards. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice, and a change never applies to a period you have already paid for.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your card details.
You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of the period you have paid for. Membership is otherwise non refundable, because access to the written material is given in full as soon as you join. The full position, including the exceptions we do honour and your statutory rights, is set out in our cancellation and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Membership is personal to you. Do not share your access, and do not republish or resell the written material. You may use what you learn freely, including commercially; you may not redistribute the guides themselves.
You must be at least 18, and you must comply with Discord's own terms of service.
The community rules are published in the server and enforced. In summary: no harassment, no scams or phishing, no self-promotion outside the designated channels, no unsolicited direct-message pitching, no sharing of other people's paid material, and no trading signals, paid groups, referral links or performance claims without a verifiable record.
We may issue warnings, timeouts, or remove a member for breaching these rules. Removal does not refund the current period.
Nothing in AI Forge is financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting advice. The trading channels are educational discussion of methodology, risk and code. The contracts channel discusses drafting and says throughout that a qualified lawyer must review anything that matters.
Content is written and posted by us and by other members. You are responsible for decisions you make, and you should take professional advice before acting on anything discussed here.
The service depends on Discord, which we do not control. We aim to keep everything available and we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. A sustained outage caused by us is grounds for a pro rata refund on request.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost opportunities.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
You may leave at any time by cancelling. We may end your membership for a breach of these terms, or for any other reason, and if we end it for our own convenience we refund the unused part of the period pro rata.
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced in the server at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use the service after that constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA, and the courts of Delaware, USA have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
