Membership is non refundable. Access is granted immediately when you pay, and the written material can be read and downloaded straight away, so a charge that has already given you the material is not refunded. You can cancel at any time and you will not be charged again.
Cancelling stops all future charges and keeps your access until the end of the period you have already paid for. You can cancel from the billing link on your receipt, or by emailing us. We do not require a reason and we do not run a retention process.
The month you pay for gives you every channel, every written guide and every PDF in the server, along with the sessions held that month. Because the material is delivered in full the moment you join, we treat each period as used once access has been given.
Two cases are handled without argument:
If we remove you for breaching the rules, the current period is not refunded. Nothing here removes your rights if we have removed you in error, so email us and we will look at it.
Consumer law in some countries gives you cancellation rights for digital content that this policy cannot override, and where it applies, it applies. If you believe you have a statutory right to a refund, email us and say so, and we will deal with it properly rather than hide behind this page.
If something is wrong, email us first. A chargeback takes weeks, costs us a fee, and results in a permanent ban, and we would rather sort the problem out directly.
