Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it. It covers AI Forge, operated by AI Forge.

What we collect

Your email address, from the checkout, so we can match your payment to your Discord account and contact you about your membership.
Your Discord user id and username, so the bot can grant and remove your access.
Your subscription status and payment events: whether a payment succeeded, was refunded or was disputed, and when.
Messages you post in the server, which are stored by Discord under their own privacy policy, not by us.

We do not receive or store card numbers. Stripe handles payment details directly.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, we do not share it with advertisers, and we do not use it to train anything. We do not run analytics or tracking on this website.

Who processes data for us

Stripe for payments and billing.
Discord for the community itself.
Our own server, which stores the email, Discord id and subscription status described above.

How long we keep it

Membership records are kept while you are a member and for as long afterwards as we are required to retain financial records, which is typically seven years for tax purposes. Backups are overwritten on a rolling basis.

Your rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold, correct it, or delete it. Email saad@aiforge.world and we will respond within 30 days.

Deleting your membership record ends your access. Some information must be retained for financial and tax records even after deletion of the rest, and we will tell you what and why.

Messages you posted in Discord are controlled by Discord; deletion requests for those go to them, although we will remove your posts on request where we are able to.

Security

Access to membership data is limited to the operator of the service. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under their own security programme. We do not hold card data of any kind.

Children

The service is not for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

Material changes to this policy are announced in the server. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
